The '80s

- President/CTO, Ball-Efratom Inc., Irvine California and Munich Germany.

The inventors and developers of the first Miniature Rubidium Vapor Atomic Oscillator, which revolutionized the telecom and timing industries. Teamed with Rockwell, Seal Beach, CA, this oscillator became the ‘clock of choice’ for GPS satellites BLK-I, II, & IIA launched beginning with 1978. Pioneered the development of GPS-aided Time and Frequency systems, followed by a host of military, commercial and space programs for the global market.


The '90s

- Group VP and CTO, Defense Systems, Alliant Techsystems (ATK), now Orbital ATK

Design, development, production, and test of tactical missile weapon systems, rocket motors, ballistics, ordnance, warheads, munitions, and tactical GPS-guided platforms; global sales, commercial and military.


The 2000s

- VP/CTO, Frequency Electronics Inc., (FEI), Mitchel Field NY;

- President/CEO/CTO, FEI-Zyfer Inc., a FEI subsidiary, Anaheim CA;

- President/CEO/CTO, (of then) Odetics Telecom Inc., Anaheim CA.

Design and development of GPS-aided precision time and frequency systems and GPS positioning and guidance applications for the telecom industry, military (SAASM) platforms, and critical civilian infrastructure; global markets.
